If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Amoyo, you may be eligible to return it and receive a refund by following the simple procedure outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy.
You can make a return by following these steps:
I. Please log in to your Amoyo account at Amoyo.com or in the app to request a refund. If you don’t have an Amoyo account, click «Save Your Order» in your Amoyo order email to process a return.
II. Find the corresponding order in «Your Orders» and click on the «Return/Refund» button.
III. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Depending on the reason you select, you may need to provide additional information related to the order. After providing the required information, click the «Next Step» button to continue.
IV. If you don’t need to return your item, the last step is simply to select your refund method. You can choose to receive your refund as Amoyo store credit or have it credited to your original payment method. Make your selection and click «Submit.»
V. If you need to return your item(s), you’ll have the option to choose your return and refund methods. After you submit the request, we’ll provide you with a return label so you can return the item(s). Return shipping is free on your first return for EACH order within 90 days of the purchase date.
VI. After placing all return items in a single package, please print and affix the return label we provided to the outside of the package. Ship your package from the nearest USPS/UPS location, and you’re all set!
VII. You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page or through Temu’s SMS/Email/Push notifications.
Please ensure your return package is postmarked within 14 days of sending your return; otherwise, the return process will be canceled. The return label we provide is only valid if you are shipping within the United States (excluding security-restricted areas such as military bases).
Return shipping is free on your first return for EVERY order within 90 days of the purchase date.
When you request a return, you may be offered the option of a partial refund without returning the item(s). If you accept this offer, one free return will automatically be deducted from the number of free returns available for this order.
If you have already returned items from an order and wish to return additional items from that same order, you can still do so as long as the 90-day return period has not yet expired.
We recommend that you try to send all return items in a single shipment to avoid paying additional fees. This will also help minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns.
For the second and subsequent refunds for the same order, you can use the return label we provide and pay a shipping fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

Click on «All Orders» → «Print a return label and start the return» → then click on «Print return label».
You may also click «Returns» → «Print return label» → to download and print your return label.
Almost all items you purchased from Amoyo are eligible for return and refund if you are not satisfied with them, with only a few exceptions:
Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or that have had hygiene tags or stickers removed,
are not eligible for return. Groceries and food items are not eligible for return.
Some orders include free gifts.
If an item is eligible for return and refund, you can return it within the 90-day return window from the date of purchase.
You must send your return package within 14 days of submitting your return request within the return window. You will not be able to return an item after 90 days from the date of purchase.
I. For refunds of the returned items, we will process your refunds after we receive the items and they pass quality inspection.
II. For refunds of missing items or items not delivered, choose the corresponding reason after clicking “Return/other help” to request a refund or talk to our customer service personnel for help. The tracking information from the carrier decides whether an item had been delivered or not.
III. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to be credited to your original payment account. The original shipping fee is not refundable if your return is not a result of Temu’s or the provider’s fault. The insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable.
IV. You can choose to accept Temu credits instead of a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds to Temu credits are faster than refunds to your original payment method.
Temu credits do not expire.
Refunds to Temu credits cannot be reversed once processed.
Temu credits cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for purchases at Temu.

V. You can receive an advance refund, which we will issue after you have returned your package. If we do not receive the returned items, we may charge your original payment method. The advance refund will be granted based on your purchase history and at our sole discretion.
VI. You can receive an instant refund, where we will issue the refund before you have returned the items. If we do not receive the returned items, we may charge your original payment method. Instant refunds will be granted based on your purchase history and at our sole discretion.
Once we issue your refund, your financial institution may take additional time to make the funds available in your account. See the table below for more details.
I. The sender’s address on your package is NOT the return address. If you send your return package to that address, your return processing time may be delayed. You must send your return package only to the address indicated on the return label we provided.
II. Please make sure you do NOT accidentally include any items in your return package that you do not wish to return. If you have accidentally included an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service. We cannot guarantee that incorrect items will be found and returned, and we do not store or provide refunds for such items.
